Michael R. Auger - Mike has a broad, general civil litigation practice including matters of Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Trusts and Estates, Contract Law, and Personal Injury claims. In addition, Mike also has significant experience in the areas of Criminal Defense and Family Law including divorce, child support, and child custody. Mike has been practicing in Franklin, Indiana since graduating Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis in 2002. Mike currently serves on the City of Franklin's Plan Commission as well as the Parks Board.
